| About me : | I love people who are GENUINE and humble and not fake. Confidence is great, BUT, arrogance is a MAJOR turn-off to me!! I think that's why I enjoy kids (and incidentally animals) so much, because they are REAL and GENUINE & in most cases humble. I also recognize that it's not always easy to be open to new people at first, and that trust is essential in any relationship! I feel that emphasizing each other's (as well as our own) strengths is vital while being understanding of people in general with their weaknesses is important at the same time. Nobody is perfect, and nobody has to be mediocre! I don't expect perfection, but, I do expect someone who strives for excellence at their own pace. I love to have fun! I have an irreverent sense of humor, but, always tasteful. I love to make others laugh, I try to avoid things of all sorts that waste my time, and I enjoy making new friends. I also really enjoy traveling to nice places and discovering new places that are unique and special in their own right. My favorite destination spots, thus far, are San Diego and Venice, Italy. I look forward to seeing many places around the world. I want to experience the best that life has to offer, but, I'm not obsessed with having to "LIVE IT" every day. That tends to dull your edge and can make you un-grateful. |
