At the age of 28, Rohan Whyte a.k.a. Rseenal is not only here to take the Dancehall by storm he is here to take the musical genre to a higher level. The artiste grew up in the community of Allman town, where the daily experience of merely surviving honed his artistic skill and saw him writing poetry as a way of expressing the inner turmoil those experience engendered. It was at Ardenne high school however, that his talent as a Dj came to the fore. He and other school mates would use their lunch hour to stage mock Dj “clashes” which resulted in Rseenal coming out on top. Always an active student of the performing arts, it was the lessons learnt in theses classes that would stand this young and aspiring Dj in good stead as he fine tuned his skills and perfected his stage presence and delivery that would cause audiences to sit up and take notice. His embrace of Rastafarianism brought him to the attention of multicast entertainment, an experience that further helped the refining and honing of his skill into that of a professional performer. The year 2004 saw Rseenal entering the recording studios for the first time and emerging with a number of tracks that earned him ratings as a ranking Dj. His first single “wha didi did idem” earned rave reviews and substantial airplay. Other singles such as “jaws drop”, “conspiring”, “march out”, “wise inna dis time”, and “how yutes fi survive”, established Rseenal as a musical force to be reckoned with. since the he has worked on a debut album and plans for a local and international introductory tour to stake his claim as being one of dancehalls finest. Rseenal is now managed by REAL.I.T.Y. Inc. Enterprise, an agency that has a knack for discovering truly talented individuals and aims at ensuring that Rseenal takes his rightful place in the Dancehall Fraternity
