Born in the Malvern area of Scarborough an eastern district of Toronto, it was a culturally diverse hive of lower to middle class immigrants that held on to their culture and need to improve their financial situation. Frank Whites family was no different, immersed in the music his father was a local promoter that incorporated music into the daily routine treating the house as an office for his endeavors. Frank White noticed acts from America frequently. Taking the music industry seriously came with ease. Quiet, Focused and Poised describe the personality of the timid yet eye-catching Frank White. The artistic side of Frank White is his need to balance the reserved nature of his daily character. The content of Frank White covers the spectrum of what he has witnessed, eluded and aspired to during his adolescent life. From a perspective that has taken the road less traveled. Throughout his adolescents he has experienced the subsidy lifestyle, slanted schools system, and emerging youth gun violence that has his sub-low vocals reviewing the youth lifestyle over hip hop production. Frank White take you on a journey through the years that has molded ambition from pain and lack of support. The ability to record the music is evidence of the progression of Frank Whites struggle. The Inner City Visions project from the Lakeshore side of Toronto has provided a stable of artists that can record music regularly and interact with each other. This environment has been the catalyst for Frank White. Weekly he takes his passion and creativity to the booth and lets it all go. The zeal, edge, appeal and need for Frank White to be a recording artist is taking him in the direction that will acquire the attention of the masses that need to hear from those who observe.
