Life Is A Gift Today before you think of saying an unkind word - Think of someone who can't speak. Before you complain about the taste of your food - Think of someone who has nothing to eat. Before you complain about your husband or wife - Think of someone who's crying out to God for a companion. Today before you complain about life - Think of someone who went too early to heaven. Before you complain about your children - Think of someone who desires children but they're barren. Before you argue about your dirty house, someone didn't clean or sweep - Think of the people who are living in the streets. Before whining about the distance you drive - Think of someone who walks the same distance with their feet. To special people searching for that unique person in their life. It hurts to love someone and not be loved in return. But what is more painful is to love someone and never find the courage to let that person know how you feel. Maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right one so that when we finally meet the right person, we will know how to be grateful for that gift. Love is when you take away the feeling, the passion, and the romance in a relationship and find out you still care for that person. A sad life is when you meet someone, who means a lot to you, only to find out in the end that it was never meant to be and you just have to let go. When the door of happiness closes, another door opens, but often times we look so long at the closed door that we don’t see the one, which has been opened for us. The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a porch and swing with, never say a word, and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you’ve ever had. It’s true that we don’t know what we’ve got until we lose it, but it’s also true that we don’t know what we’ve been missing until it arrives. Giving someone all your love is never an assurance that they’ll love you back! Don’t except love in return, just wait for it to grow in their heart but if it doesn’t be content it grew in yours. There are things you’d love to hear that you would never hear from the person, whom you would like to hear from, but don’t be so deaf as not to hear it from the one who says it from his heart. Never give up if you still feel you can go on - never say that you don’t love a person anymore if you can’t let go. Love comes to those who still hope although they’ve been disappointed – to those who still believe, although they’ve been betrayed, to those who still need to love although they’ve been hurt before, and to those who have courage and faith to build trust again. It takes only a minute to get a crush on someone – but it takes a lifetime to forget someone.

This is part of a sermon I preached. I hope it brings you blessings! When we are broken, we always want a solution and that's okay! However, most of the solutions that we think of or are given to us cause more problems and brokenness. Therefore, one must look at the Remedy of Brokenness from God's angle, which is: 1. There must be a Relationship with God 2. There must be a Reliance on God 3. There must be a Realization that: a. God Cares; b. God is in Control; c. God Can. Although not a BONE of our Lord was broken, when the Lord was crucified and bore our sins in His body, the Bible describes His body as being broken. Our Lord was broken, but through His brokenness, the greatest blessing of them all - SALVATION, was made availabe for you and me.

'There is only one person who is capable to set limits to your growth: It is YOU. You are the only person who can revolutionize your life. You are the Only person who can influence your happiness, your realization and your Success. You are the only person who can help yourself. Your life does not change when your boss changes, when your friends change, when your parents change, when your partner changes, when your Company changes. Your life changes when YOU change, when you go beyond Your limiting beliefs, when you realize that you are the only one Responsible for your life. 'The most important relationship you can have, is the one you have with Yourself'. Examine yourself, watch yourself. Don't be afraid of difficulties, impossibilities and losses: be a winner, build yourself and your Reality. The world is like a mirror: it gives back to anyone the reflection of the thoughts in which one has strongly believed. The world and your reality are like mirrors laying in a coffin, which show to any individual the death of his divine capability to imagine and create his happiness and his success. It's the way you face Life that makes the difference.

Stars do not struggle to shine; rivers do not struggle to flow, and you will never struggle to excel in life, because you deserve the best. Hold on to your dream and it shall be well with you... Amen. The eyes beholding this message shall not behold evil, the hand that will send this message to others shall not labor in vain, the mouth saying Amen to this prayer shall laugh forever, remain in God's love. your dream will not die, your plans will not fail, your destiny will not be aborted, and the desire of your heart will be granted in Jesus' name. To make a difference, you often must be different. It takes courage and confidence to go against the grain of negativity that surrounds you, and such courage can bring great rewards. Where others see only doom and gloom, look for the bright glimmer of opportunity. For it is most certainly there. When everyone is looking for someone to blame for what has already happened, turn your focus toward the future. Exploring the current possibilities will create infinitely more value than arguing over past failures. When you encounter rudeness and irritation, generously offer your own polite and confident patience. When you bump up against the arrogance of another person, melt it away with your own sincere, self-assured humility. Just because everyone is heading in a negative direction doesn't mean you must go that way too. On the contrary, it's a valuable opportunity for you to set a positive example. In times of great difficulty and stress, choose to be a beacon of encouragement, understanding and positive purpose. Be different, and you can truly make a valuable positive difference.

The secret of happiness is the realization that life is a gift, not a right." Once we understand this axiom of life, our perspective on everything changes. And once our perspective on everything changes we become more fulfilled. And once this happens, we become much happier and realize that our life is different than it was before.

To someone who is beautiful ... all over it is absolutely wonderful to have someone in your life who is caring and giving and gracious- someone whose smiles are like sunshine and laughter and whose words always seems to say the things you most like to hear... because those magical people are really beautiful.. inside. and it is a special privilege to know someone whose outward appearance is a delight just to see- someone who light up a room with radiance and who light up my little corner of the world with a loveliness it has never known before... because special people like that are really beautiful... outside... but most of all, it is one of the world's most special blessings to have a person in your life who can add so much pleasure and such magnificence to the days- as you have to mine... because you're someone who is beautiful..... all over...

appreciate what you have and when you have it. Don’t wait until after things have passed to appreciate them. Let’s all focus on what we do have not what we don’t have and let there be giant smiles on our faces. It is so simple to be happy, but, it is so difficult to be simple. Problem is the father of principle - you let go of what you hold onto when you do not have a choice.

When someone hurts us, we should write it down in sand where winds of forgiveness can erase it away. But, when someone does something good for us, we must engrave it in stone where no wind can ever erase it. reminding you not to hold on to grudges and to never forget those who have helped you.

To my sisters in the Lord... There comes a time in every woman's life when she has to take a close look at herself. Not at her circumstance, not at what she did, not how unfair life is, or at who made you do it. She has to just look at herself in all her glory and imperfection. Have you ever admired a woman who has been through changes in her life? Or have you made up in your mind that she is just messed up. Before you make this mistake, take a closer look. A woman who has endured the most unusual life is someone of wisdom, someone who has been chosen by God to go through things that have made her stronger. Think of all the great women in the Bible: Mary Magdalene, Ruth and Naomi, the woman with an issue of blood, and Esther, to name a few. Mary was a prostitute, a very uneasy woman. But by the time Jesus was done with her, she was His closest follower. Esther was unfortunate in marrying an abusive man, but by the time God was done with her, she had married one of the wealthiest men in the land. Women are so quick to beat the next one down instead of trying to hold her up. Before you wonder, 'What's up with her?' ask yourself, 'What's up with me?' That woman could be my mother, sister, aunt, in-law, stepmother, niece, grandmother, great-grandmother, neighbor, friend, or co-worker, etc. That woman could be ME. Women are the carriers of life, not the channels of death. Let's build and encourage each other, as did Ruth and Naomi. Pass this to all the women in your life. Encourage and love, forgive and forget, and trust that the woman that receives this will be touched in some way. May the peace and love of Christ be upon you!

After a while you learn the subtle difference between holding a hand and chaining a soul, and you learn that love doesn't mean leaning and company doesn't mean security, and you begin to learn that kisses aren't contracts and presents aren't promises, and you begin to accept your defeats with your head up and your eyes open, with the grace of an adult, not the grief of a child. You learn to build all your roads on today because tomorrow's ground is too uncertain for plans. After a while you learn that even sunshine burns if you get too much. So, plant your own garden and decorate your own soul, instead of waiting for someone to bring you flowers. And you learn that you really can endure... that you really are strong, and you really do have worth.

You should hope for enough happiness to make you sweet, enough Trials to make you strong, enough sorrow to keep you human, and enough Hope to make you happy Maybe . . . You should try to live your life to the fullest because when You were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smiling but When you die, you can be the one who is smiling and everyone around you Crying. Happiness always looks small while you hold it in your hands, but let it go, and you learn at once how big and precious it is. Knowledge is of no value unless you put it into practice. spoken word is not a sparrow. Once it flies out, you can't catch it. man is judged by his deeds, not by his words. Many times in our lives, we are dropped, crumpled, and ground into the dirt by the decisions we make and the circumstances that come our way. We feel as though we are worthless. But no matter what has happened or what will happen, you will never lose your value. Dirty or clean, crumpled or finely creased, you are still priceless

'Twas the night Jesus came and all through the house, not a person was praying, not one in the house.. The Bible was left on the shelf without care, for no one thought Jesus would come there.. The children were dressing to crawl into bed, not once ever kneeling or bowing their head.. And Mom in the rocking chair with babe on her lap, was watching the Late Show as I took a nap.. When out of the east there rose such a clatter, I sprang to my feet to see what was the matter.. Away to the window I flew like a flash, tore open the shutters and lifted the sash.. When what to my wondering eyes should appear, but Angels proclaiming that Jesus was here.. The light of His face made me cover my head... was Jesus returning just like He'd said.. And though I possessed worldly wisdom and wealth, I cried when I saw Him in spite of myself.. In the Book of Life which he held in his hand, was written the name of every saved man.. He spoke not a word as he searched for my name, when He said "it's not here" My head hung in shame.. The people whose names had been written with love, He gathered to take to his Father above.. With those who were ready He rose without sound, while all of the others were left standing around... I fell to my knees but it was too late, I'd waited too long and thus sealed my fate. I stood and I cried as they rose out of sight, Oh, if only I'd know that this was the night.... In the words of this poem the meaning is clear the coming of Jesus is now drawing near...
